Proof of what you've spent
Every service and repair on the record, so years of maintenance is an asset rather than a memory.
Every car carries a logbook. The most expensive thing most people own carries a shoebox of receipts, if that. Kepd Logbook gives a property a permanent, verifiable record of what's been done to it, so managers can show owners their value and owners can hand a buyer proof, not promises.

The anchor
Every logbook opens with a Kepd Property ID, a unique identifier assigned once for the address and bound to its title reference, lot and plan. It isn't attached to an account, a subscription or an owner. It belongs to the land, and every entry ever written hangs off it.

How it works
01
The address becomes the record. Ownership is verified, and the logbook belongs to the property from that point on.
02
Systems, ages, materials and current condition, from your own records, past invoices and inspection reports.
03
A trade completing a job signs the entry, including straight out of Kepd Trade, with photos and licence details attached.
04
The full history hands over to the next owner intact: evidence at the table instead of assurances.
Why it holds up
Every entry is signed by the business that did the work and written so it can't be quietly edited later. That's the difference between a history a buyer, insurer or lender will act on and a folder of PDFs anyone could have made this morning.
Attributed at the source
The licensed business that performed the work is the one that writes the entry, so every job on the record traces back to who actually did it.
Corrected, never rewritten
Entries can be corrected but not overwritten. Amendments show up as amendments, so the history can't be quietly cleaned up.
Owner-controlled sharing
You choose who sees the record and for how long: an agent, a buyer, an insurer, a tradesperson attending tomorrow.
Attached to the property
The logbook follows the address through every sale rather than leaving with the outgoing owner.
Who it's for
Owners
Every service and repair on the record, so years of maintenance is an asset rather than a memory.
Buyers & sellers
A full history at sale removes the guesswork a buyer would otherwise price as risk.
Trades
See what's at the property, what was done and by whom before you get out of the ute.
Insurers & lenders
Tamper-evident servicing history instead of assuming the worst about every property in the book.
Better together, sold separately
A completed job in Kepd Trade already holds the photos, materials, licence details and sign-off a logbook entry needs. One tap publishes it to the property's record. They're still separate products. You can use either on its own.
